spoke to man ,then his manager-''tony evans''-who , BOTH, explained how to get US,grant money and not pay it back ever''  was told all the questions & how to answer them to get the MOST Money--then switched me to US education dept ''paul often''  and i told him of the SCAM--- and he knew tony evans and said he would have him fired..!   i ask paul for his # phone  and he wouldnt give it... I told paul i didnt think he would fire him because he work's with him , and would only Warn him of his mistake, ha... all could Not speak english very well , foerin accent.  i told paul to get F...ed     dirty scam   wasted 40 min of their time, and mine  nothin but RED FLAGS
