Called but left no message

Called my cel phone.  Left no message.

I got a call from this number on 2/10/2017.  No message left.  I called it back and it was Joe from the Ohio Troopers Coalition.  I hung up, but I have no doubt that he would have been asking for money.

Called my cell phone just now. I did not recognize the number and did not answer. Caller did not leave a message.
