Called, rang once. i called back on my work number, which has multiple lines. Basic run down is 1 for a agent or 2 to leave your number to be put on the do not call list. If you choice 1 to speak to an agent you get transferred to an automatic line asking you to leave a message at the beep.

Called me two times in a row. Didn't leave a me a voicemail. Called back and got the same thing that (614-902-1762) commented .

Same as above... called my cell phone, I missed the call. No voice message left. I called back and got the "press 1 to speak to someone", "press 2 to be added to our do no call database".  No explanation what company I've called. Pressing 1 takes you to a "leave a message" prompt. Did not leave a message.
