I just called the number back.  It is Discover card services.  They asked for the callers name and my phone number.  As soon as I gave them my name and phone number they apologized for the calls and said they will remove my number from the list.  The rep said I was not the party identified on their call list.  They did not indicate that it was an attempt to collect a debt.
