I too had been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis.  Today, I decided to answer.  The man on the other end had a very heavy accent, and advised me that someone would be coming tomorrow to upgrade our ADT alarm system.  I busted his scam when I informed him that we have a very good security system that we have had for years and it is not ADT! The only response I got was "Oh,sorry" and he hung up!

Richard must of been on a vacation but he's baaaaaccckkk! Just got the call and I don't answer calls that I don't know.

This guy just doesn't give up.  Calling constantly.
