These bleepers call several times a day and always hang-up when you answer.  If I call back I'm shunted to a message that they are a political group exempt from the Do Not Call list.  Unclear why they bother calling given that they never say anything when I pick up.

I was getting phone calls from another number from the same 614 area, blocked it and now this #[***] is getting through.
Previous number was trying to get my Electric info to UNLAWFULLY switch me!
