Received call who spelled out her name as being 'Shakima' stating she was from the State of Ohio and conducting survey. Couldn't explain who from the State she worked for. Admitted she did NOT work for the State but for a non-profit survey company - R.T.I. from North Carolina and a Dept of Health and medicaid is paying her. Was rude and will interrupt your conversation trying to guide the conversation her way. Said the 'Do Not Call list' does not apply to them.

called multiple times about a survey for the state. Apparently, no matter how many times you say no they will keep calling
