Multiple calls daily, never leaves voicemail.
Bottom line: any legitimate business-- bill collectors--will leave a message with return phone number because they want you to call them back to handle a legitimate business issue. Duh.
Scammers don't leave voicemail or phone numbers because they are evidence of their crime.
Delete. Block all calls. Done.

Actually, this number is from a legitimate business. It's called Tek Collect. But they're customer service department IS NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! So, while they should leave a message concerning their business, they do not. (If you ever talk to them they're soooo impolite!)
