That number is for twc collections department. The calls dial out on an auto dialer until your bill is paid.

This number calls me as well..you answer they hang up...the last time they called they said I owned a bill for Radiology from 2009 and I had insurance to cover that issue. The number is calling me 3 and 4 times daily and I work 2nd and 3rd shift as a supervisor and I cant turm my phone..so I am left getting woke up several times during the day be these people.
