The cold call from a computerized voice said that they wanted to talk about my credit cards? That there was nothing wrong but they could get me a better rate, than my bank. Well of course it was a scam to get you credit card information..I thought this to be rather funny you see I don't use banks, don't trust them, screwed me out of $1,000.'s of dollars over the years. And then there's the fact that I don't have a credit card, not even a prepaid one, so in short, my bank (because there isn't any bank) could never get me a better rate on my credit cards (because there isn't any credit cards)!!! Tried to call them back, I wanted to play along and get more information and then tell them that I would be sure to pass it along to my fellow employee's on the Manitowoc Police Department. And to make sure I got all the information right I recorded the call. If they call again I certainly will do this.
