It's the Ohio Troopers Collation-a group which is NOT associated with the Ohio (State) Highway Patrol. The money they raise (basically) lines their pockets, with very little money going elsewhere. Do not give them a penny! They usually have about 4-6 different numbers working at any given time, so the CID could show OHIO CALL or CELLULAR CALL. They are thieves.
