Called just now.  Didn't pick up.  No message.

I picked up and a lady with a distinct accent addressed me by name and said she was from Honeywell and was calling about my alarm system... I wish now that I had let her continue, but I immediately told her that I did not have an alarm system and told her goodbye ... could they have been fishing to find out if my home was connected to an alarm system or asking for other type of info that would compromise my credit ... I guess I will never know ...

Called, left no message.  (We have an alarm system already, so bugger off if that's what you're calling about!  And it's not Honeywell!)

They called and said they wanted to upgrade my alarm system. At no charge(yea right) but had to maintain the service.  My suspect was they would change the service so it would cost more than what we were paying now.  Said they were from Honeywell's main office in Dublin Ohio and I google it and they are located elsewhere.   Told her to call back later after I researched this.
So nice try......

Woman with an accent had my name and said she was calling from my alarm company.  I do not have an alarm
