Someone giggling then started to give me the same speil about alarm system

Called my number. They hung up as soon as answering machine came on.

ID-GTE internet. I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. This was the third call in 10 minutes.  The one before it was from PAGENET and left no message either. The one before it was from some sort of switch software which indicates a local number but it too was an invalid number.  If anyone valid calls me, they will leave a message!

Very annoying.This number calls several times daily. Can't these idiots be stopped? I don't answer unfamiliar numbers.
