Prerecorded message from an Alex, at the "Student Aid Help Dept" -  it doesn't clarify what school or agency specifically. The message stated that supposedly, my application came across their desk & that I "may be eligible for the Obama student loan forgiveness program",  which is "available for a  limited time." To find out more, it says to "call 310-589-4450."
The caller ID shows the call originated from tel#  614-500-4574, possibly a Columbus, Ohio call..?
