Lady said "She would like to speak to the person who handles the Ohio Edison Account". I'm not dealing with someone trying to slam my service, I hung up.

this number appeared as 'NOT IN USE' on 9-10-15 at 9:50 am did not answer. I do not answer if I do not know who it is.

They said nothing when I answered. I called back and a recording said inaudibly, something power. Probably one of the power companies that service my area looking for some new customers! I'm blocking them.

This caller called in the mid-afternoon and did not leave a message. In addition, the caller ID said "Not in Use" indicating a strong possibility that this is a spoofed number.
