Ohio Trooper Coalition - uses a New Jersey based fund raiser that only puts 6% of the pledge to where they say it goes. The rest goes into their pockets. Sued by the Ohio Attorney General in 2007. Google them for more info.

The usual intrusive baloney that, fortunately, was caught automatically by an online call-blocking site that I use. Since I myself didn't ask that the number be blocked, you can bet the call-blocking company knew/had had complaints about the caller. No doubt one of those guilt-tripping "charities" that try to bully you into giving money to some bogus police fund (as stated by another person here). The caller ID says only "Out of area." Sure. Right. Yeah.
