Call went to voicemail, no message left.

No header and no voice mail.

It's the Ohio Trooper Collation-SCAMMERS-Blocked

This number called a few minutes ago.  The caller ID was a random collection of letters and numbers, which generally a sign of  a spam/scsm call.  Whatever was calling hung up after a few rings without sticking around long to leave a messsge on voice mail.  I'm sure it was a wonderful offer; sorry I missed it.  NOT!

Calls repetitively with no voicemail left, when I do answer it is just a blank line as if nothing is on the other end.
