Usual "Are you the person in charge of the electric bill?" to which I replied, "I've told you clowns I don't want to talk to you."  This is a scam to get you to switch your electric power provider.  The caller ID reads UNAVAILABLE, so I know I don't want to talk to them.

Received 2 calls from this number 30 minutes apart. Did not answer either one of them. Dont answer it from what i read here it is a scam.
