This Asshat calls through a VOIP out of Dumbass India with a strong accent wanting to sell his "web" services for a price to design your website.  First of all, they do not know the difference between SQL, PERL, or C++.  I asked if he was proficient at Pascal and he said very much so and how it is the new trend in Web Design. Well since Pascal has not been used since 1993 and never used in Web Design, that informed me that this [***] had NO IDEA what he was doing. I asked if he only accepts Money Pak cards and he said yes.  Kept him on the line for 10 min and got a good trace of his IP address.  So sending that info to FBI which we all know is not going to do Jack Crap with it, but trust me, It would be an Anonymous Delight to reign supreme over their 3 laptop computer set up in the Cafe he is hanging out at between his "IRS Scams" calls and Million $$$ Inheritance Emails.
