This guy is an actual attorney???? Supposedly appointed by Mike Dewine. I actually do owe taxes from 2012. for taking out my retirement early as i was unemployed and got hurt at work and the Ohio Bureau of Workmans Comp screwed me over a previous case where I had injured the same part of my body, Because in the original case the Hearing officer was a Prick. But anyway I have it clearly on my phone message State your name and your business. Clowns did not. I did get a letter in the mail. But you would think the IRS would follow up on this and they have not bothered me in years. But the State of Ohio is Hard up for 500 dollars.

Some foul tempered woman called me from 614-376-0707, claiming to be from Boich Law Office for the Ohio State Attorney General's Office. She tried to get me to provide personal information. Heck, if she were representing Ohio then she should have all the I found she needs......She called me, not the other way round. I believe this is a SCAM!

I have been receiving phone calls from this number ( Boich Law Office ) stating I have tax debt that needs to be paid. I have stated I have received nothing in the mail nor have I previously been contacted regarding this. I said I will not pay anything until I receive notification in the mail. So a generic letter that I could have done on my computer was sent to me weeks later. I do not trust them nor do I believe them. It was such an URGENT matter 6 months ago how come nothing has happened? After six months I start getting calls again?? Something is wrong here......

This "company" claims to be with the state of Ohio & has been sending letters to my address to personal & confidential claiming we owe over a thousand dollars in taxes. We go thru professional tax advisors so we know this is a scam. Plus I work closely with lawyers who have confirmed this is a scam. Block their number & report them to the BBB

First received a call from this Robert Boice who claimed to be a lawyer for the State of Ohio - looking for my husband and he would not tell me what it was about. Today - we received a letter from him - (my husband's middle initial is WRONG) saying that we $1909.54, but not what we owe it for. We have our taxes professionally done, and we are completely honest and have no debt other than a new car that is about to be paid off. I believe this is a scam. I'm trying to figure out who I can turn this letter over to -- the letter says Office of the Attorney General. I'm pissed - I'm not going to let this go.

I have been getting calls for someone named Anthony Towns. April 4th Samantha left a threatening voice mail with #3024289378 as the reference. May 27th I got a collection call for Anthony Towns from a man saying he is with the AG office. I got an automated call June 3rd asking for Anthony Towns! On each of these dates, I called back to report the cell they are calling has been mine since June 2013 and stop calling me.
