Ohio Trooper Collation - a fund raising group that has nothing to do with the Ohio (State) Highway Patrol. Practically all the money they steal from you lines their pockets-very little (if any) goes to anyone else (charity wise). They usually have several numbers working at the same time, that may show as OHIO CALL or CELLULAR CALL, so just do not answer any unknown calls. They are criminals/thieves.
