It a modified robo message that used to say "Hi, This is Jonnie calling from a recorded line. Can you hear me? Which the news warned was a scam call. Now it saids in same voice "Hi, This is Joan (cuts off in between sentence and adds something about being a supervisor for healthcare. Still a scam call

always calls 3 times in a row ....beyond annoying

"Hi, This is Joe calling from a recorded line. Can you hear me? Which the news warned was a scam call. He is calling from the home owner association. When I asked why he was calling I live in a apartment.. He stops for a brief moment then goes back to can you hear me. This company is so out of control. I should be able to answer me own phone. But no I get 10-20 call a day from these pricks.
