My child's phone gets this call anytime we are a few days late on the Verizon bill. It's strange because my phone is the account holder and I'm the only signed up for alerts. I do not get alerts aside from my bill being available and that's via text. I don't understand why the non-account holder gets these messages. The calls come in as Verizon wanting to speak with you about your bill. I thought it was a scam, but it only happens when we are a few days late- and when I say a few days, I mean 3-4. And it has only been since I have taken automatic payments off, late last year. The only reason I hadn't paid is usually because I forget to log in and set the payment. If it's a scam, how would they know when we are in fact late? I don't like that it's not coming to my phone, the primary, but rather a 15 yr old's. As soon as the payment is made, the calls stop. They're automated and I've never spoken to anyone- just go pay my bill and sure enough, it'll be a few days late. I'm not sure why a search brings up this Felicia person, I saw that too. But as long as you just log into your account to see what's going on, you should be safe. I believe that it's a 3rd party biller. I once went into Verizon to discuss a problem with my account and they explained to me that the people I spoke to were all over the country at random call centers- because I had a problem with a customer service rep once. Verizon seems to contract out A LOT.
