UNITED HEALTH CARE - RoboCalls to their "clients" ... Want to leave messages or talk to people who are supposedly enrolled in one of their programs. I am NOT enrolled with this company and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human being to tell them so. I have been receiving these automated calls for 5 years for a person who does not have this telephone number and, to has not had it for at least the past 5 years. After finally reaching a real person (after multiple levels of voice messages) I was told that I would have to contact the state of Ohio to correct this because it was somehow connected to public assistance that the individual is supposed to be receiving. I told United Health Care that I had no responsibility to contact the state to correct anyone's problem - that was between United Health Care and the state of Ohio. Today was the 4th time I have contacted them to make this correction but it is highly unlikely that their incompetent employees will do so.
