Calls several times a day.   Up to a 4 second empty message -

Caller I'd said Marketing Sol. Must be scam or spam. Blocked.

These creeps call every day and leave a recorded message. They insinuate that they are connected with Duke Energy, which we all know is a lie. When you call back to request being removed from your list, it says the number doesn't exist. So typical of lowlife scammers.
