I picked up the call and no one would respond.  Then they just hung up.

I got a robo call (the newer type that acts as if a real person) from 1-614-349-4578.  Note that '614-349' identifies as Level 3 Communications, a VoIP [Voice Over Internet Protocol] service; translated that means the call can originate anywhere.  It was about a cruise.  Just more underhanded marketing/scamming.
