The caller said the call was being recorded.  The caller identified herself as calling for a company called:  Verde Energy www.verdeenergy.com.  A web site does exist under this name.

I have found that this number originates from a "get 40% off of Kroger" coupon (FAKE, on Facebook) linked survey. I put false information in the survey, gave them an alternate phone number that I have access to, and 1/2 hr later, they called me. I didn't answer. Later, I called the number and found the company is VERDE ENERGY, or at least, they say they are. Not sure what they want but told them to remove my number and I have blocked theirs (Thanks to the Ooma Telo phone system I have).
