I was interrupted by Caller ID, for this! My husband's in the hospital (he's doing better, no thanks to these jerks!) and I thought it was his doctor. The cow's calling to tell me that I stayed at their resort (nope, never did) and was entitled to another stay (I didn't hear by how much because I was yelling into the phone while the spiel went on.) They do not hang up, they will go on until they're finished - at least that's what happened here.
