This number called me stating that there was an arrest warrant issued for me from the IRS.

Caller is obviously robot because message started before voicemail began to record.  The recorded message states, "And it's very important that I hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal matter.  My direct call back number is 614-347-0339 again the number is 614-347-0339.  Thank you."
In researching this number, I believe it is a phone hobbyist group in Columbus, Ohio who are competting 1.) who makes the most calls and 2.) who receives the most call backs.
