Lots of background noise. Said he was calling from Kia Auto Processing Center and asked if I still owns my 2014 Kia-Soul. I said, "If you're calling from Kia, you should know that". He hung up on me . LOL

In that situation you've provided other pests with ways to get hold of your son. That way they can surprise you by knowing who he is even if you've never talked to them before. You're best off not answering any questions like that unless the caller identifies themselves first and what the matter's about. It might not hurt anyone to completely ignore the call if you don't know the number. You're also best off NOT using your real name on here, too.

They have been calling my elderly Mother over & over again & when she answers they sit on phone for a few seconds & then hang up.
