It's an automated call requiring you to answer some basic questions, i.e. are you 18, do you have a credit card, before you're transferred to a call center: Corporate Travel Offices of Royalties Cruises. I answered the prompts only to get to a human. I wouldn't give her my name, and she had NO IDEA what their business address was. I informed her that my number is on the do-not-call list. Her response was that my number was generated from a "preferred purchase". I told her that wasn't enough to spam me with solicitation. She didn't name the "preferred purchase" company either. She placed me on "their" do not call list.
