Received a call from this number. They left a message reference my wifes scheduled appointment. Also left the local office number. Must be a service that they use.

Called twice in the same day.  1st time I ignored it because it came up as unknown.  By the second time they called I had already checked the number out on this website.  It was a robo call reminder for an upcoming Dr. Appointment.  I intend to tell my doctor that I don't answer unknown calls from out of state and if they want to do reminder calls to have someone actually from the office call me so their caller ID appears on my phone.

Caller ID said "Scam Likely" on Tmobile - blocked number

This is a 3rd party appointment reminder service some medical practices use (if they don't do it themselves).
