This is a robocaller saying that you stayed at one of their resorts and you're going to get free vacation with all sorts of goodies and all you have to do is say "yes".  Then your phone bill will be crammed with all sorts of bogus charges.  This is a scam and criminal activity.

I wouldn't worry too much about the "Yes" scenario.

Snopes.com - a website dedicated to finding the truth behind scams, urban legends and rumors - posted there is no evidence of individuals losing money or having their identities stolen due to the scam, only that they have received calls.

Received call last evening. Caller didn't leave a message, and I do not know this number. Number is from Columbus, OH area.
