Woman asked to speak to the owner of the business by name, I said he's not available. She asked to speak to and I quote, "His wife, a manager, or something?" I said this is a business, the owner's wife doesn't work here. Then she went on to explain to me that sometimes with small businesses wives work for their husbands. As much as I appreciated the free lesson in small business, I did not appreciate her unprofessional and then rude attitude, and disconnected the call.
