Scammer. I called the number from my work phone; as 'Richard' attempted to cross-reference my work number, he could not seem to locate my name or file. After I said, "You can't seem to retrieve my information because you are full of crap," he immediately hung up the phone. I called back with no answer, but did leave a message

Received calls from the same person for the last three days this week.They seem to call around the same time each morning. My phone id shows LEGALPROCESSING and caller says the same thing as comments above. This morning was from 419-482-1173, yesterday was this number 614-245-5938 and Tuesday was from 513-443-5366

Scam

I thought I got rid of them but not answering my calls but I got a call this morning from a 937-249-0183. Molly Lawinski called. I actually called back this time and a Mark Adams Attorney at Law answered. He told me I took out a loan from FastCash.com which I do not recognize. I asked for more info such as paperwork or a contract and also a number for FastCash.com and Mark told me "we were way past that stage" He kept asking if I wanted to settle right now over recorded phone and I told him I didn't recognize the Lender so I wasn't going to give money away for something I didn't recognize. He told me I needed to get a lawyer and that I was going to be served. Gave me a case number of 3017-10000-03753 and a restitution fee of $4617.12
