I did some research.  Comenity is behind a multitude of store credit cards, Victoria's Secret is only one of them.

I continually pay more than the minimum on my account every month, yet every month they contact me using a total of SEVEN different phone numbers to tell my my account is in collections. They also claim to be over three different retailers.

These people are TOTALLY obnoxious. Even when you have paid, set up auto payments for the future, THEY DROP THEM FROM THEIR SYSTEM and then continue calling you in a harassing manner.  I have even sent then a request to cease and desist from calling in WRITING..did not stop.  They are totally violating the Fair Debt and Collection Act in soo many ways.

I got 3 different calls on Sunday morning with 3 different numbers all from Comenity. I want it stopped.

Second call I've gotten today that appears to be from the bank that handles Victoria's Secret cards.
Had a late fee last month that I took care of and now I'm up to date on payments. Not sure why they're still calling, kind of obnoxious.

I just hit "answer" and then set my phone down til they hang up on me. Figure it wastes a bit of their time.
