This persons calls at least twice a day from two different phone numbers asks for someone and before i can tell them that they are calling the wrong number they hang up as if they are getting charged per min

Caller ID gives name as COMENITY. This is Comenity Bank based in Ohio; they issue credit cards. Calls us 5 - 6 times/day, no message. They are ignoring DNC lists. Usual telemarketing scum.
