A lady said she was with GE Electric and their records show my alarm system was over 3 years old and said they are offering upgrades. I said if you really have my records you would see that I have upgraded in the last 6 months.  She was just searching for someone who might need upgrades.  My advise is if need an upgrade contact the company who monitors your system because it is not your monitoring company calling!

614-131-6374  Strange person called.  Said he was with GE (General Electric) and they made my alarm panel.  Had my name and the old alarm company monitoring name that went out of business.   They were offering a free upgrade to a wireless system.   Asked strange questions, halting speech, wanted to know if someone else payed my bills.  Why ask that?  Then they wanted to transfer me to a manager to discuss the promotion but they would not give me information about their company.  Just they were the promo people who sent my call to a manager.   Told them to take me off their list.

Called at 4:35 pm eastern time. Heard female voice say hello. Lots of voices, background noise like a boiler room operation. Couldn't make out what they were saying. Handset volume was turned up by mistake. Usually it's not. CID said Invalid Number  I never answer calls from unknown names and numbers. Probably a scam call.
