Had a message from these idiots tonight.  Saying they were calling from Revenue Canada and that I had committed tax fraud and needed to call back ASAP.  Called back Man with heavy accent tried to get my personal info. When I confronted him he quickly hung up.   This is a scam, they are trying to get your personal info.

They called and left a message saying my name was mentioned for tax fraud and to call back immediately if I didn't all he could do was wish me good luck. I didn't call back.

same thing happened to me...what idiots.....left a message on my machine saying he was from revenue canada...I wish I would have been home to take that call....it would have made my day...lol

Same scenario...I picked up a recorded message, stating we're liable for tax fraud and tax evasion and to call right away to get help.  If he didn't hear from me or my lawyer, he wished me good luck.  He also mentioned my advisor's name is Scott Miner?? What a scam!!

"Kevin Jones" from CRA just called for my husband alleging that my husband hadn't signed and returned some correspondence back in December 2013 and again in July 2014, and as a result he was seen as committing tax fraud and tax evasion. My husband was to call Kevin back very soon or he would be taken to court. 613-800-7555 was the number he left.
