The Caller ID shows the number 613-782-5828 and Ottawa/Hull and they say that due to recent legislation, we are eligible for lower interest rates, and of course, it is a recorded message and they want us to press 1, etc. etc.  If you are interested in lower interest rates, call your own credit card accounts, DON'T DEAL WITH SCAMMERS and especially those who won't accept call backs or give you a live person.
