Got a call from this number and was told that if I renew my cell phone service with AT&T via them I can get $200 back. not sure I understand why this company gives me money and how they make profit.

The person was speaking chinese and wanted to know if I spoke chinese.
Then did the AT&T sales...told him we didn't need cell phone services and politely hung up.  Kept on asking me if I spoke Chinese.  They then called back 3 to 4 more times, wife told them to not to call back anymore.
