Received several calls from this number, advised a civil suit has been filed against me from Bank of America, wanting me to talk with attorney to make deal, original stated owed over $7,800.00 and could make offer to settle for less. They keep calling and stating want to make offer to settle, called them and offer was for $4800.00 but since they are currently offering tax relief would settle for $2,853.77.  Since I do not owe Bank of America, this is a scam............
