Called my mobile at 3am 05/09/09

I got a call on my mobile, but at 4:40 in the afternoon. An automated machine left a voicemail message, something about a "driver" but then the message suddenly ends. When I did a reverse lookup it says the number is out of Ottawa using Bell Canada but that's it.

Getting called at 10:30 pm EST. Dead air, no machine, Nothing....

Exact same description, at the exact same time....

This is the call centre from Blueline Taxi telling you that your cab is arriving soon. Probably outbound IVR.
