The above posting shows that the Phone is CANFax 16137424800.
The official web site of MBNA has 613 XXX 4800 as the MBNA Ottawa, Canada Number but with different middle three (3) digits.which are 907 here is the real link:

So this number is from CANfax an agency.

Yes, just rec'd a call from this number and it is still a credit card provider's number.

This number calld claiming a fraudulent transaction on a credit card but did not have the correct last 4 digits on the credit card.
