After ignoring daily calls from this unknown number, I called back this evening, on Canada Day. The number is an 'alleged' local call, and I got a recorded message from people with British accents requesting that I call back as the person was not available.

Kristen from "Opportunities for the Disabled Society" (it is a registered Canadian Charity, I checked with CRA) called looking for donations. Their website is www.givingmore.ca and based out on BC. Apparently the donation go to BC and Ontario.
