The person that called said they were from CSIS and they were investigating the Reader's Digest Sweepstakes that my mother should have won but the funds were shipped to a Caymen Island Bank account and that they had the shysters under arrest.  I was not to speak to family, friends, local, provincial police or the RCMP for fear of compromising the investigation and that if I did I would be arrest for obstruction of justice.
