Display says "Unknown Name".  I was expecting calls from this area code so picked up, but it is pre-recorded scammer call.  "Wendy" - no Company or Bank Name provided - says I should press '1' to keep Credit Card Interest Rates low.

NO Credit Card company nor Bank in Canada operates this way!  Also, this is not a legit number for this area code so the number is spoofed; when I tried to look it up I got 'No Such Number Found' so its probably an off-shore operation.
