Just received call from 613-667-3094 withba weird '3' showing as caller i.d. No one on the line. Call to our home land line

If you call this number 613 667 3094
it says the phone is Temporary disconnect I think it is just a scam!!

Got a call from this number, ID showed as 3, it was an Asian women calling from a Windows/Doors company asking when they can come for a free consultation. Would not take NO for an answer, I lost my cool with her and hung up. They called back and said nothing a few hours later.

Thick accent and kept repeating himself about having someone come to my house about my windows. He would not say what city he was calling from and when you call back the number it is temporarily disconnected.
