Apparently calling from the "canadian rail co" - after asking her to repeat this 4 times, finally managed to get "Canadian Red Cross" with some sort of 10 question survey, which I didn't complete.

Very strong accent. I could barely understand her.  Caller said they were a market research company but I think they were actually phishing to get personal information. Best not to talk to them. They asked questions that were far too personal. The number is in Ottawa.
