This is a turkey in the downtown area of bank street in ottawa.
He calls himself Nelson Cashin and claims to be website man. His job is to take care of some old building he says is his. I have a friend that lived there and had to move out because she couldn't stand all his mixups. Now he seems to be calling all of us. If he calls one of us again we will try to get some more.
